Auto fill approvals

I’d like to be able to change the toggle for Pending/Approved. I would argue that if something isn’t approved, then it’s pending so it really only needs one state, Approved. Which gets toggled on.

Then, when it’s toggled, automatically display the name of the active user and the date/time. No need to enter it manually and no way to fake an approval
