Field to add task re-open date

After the design is approved, there might be occasions where change requests are received later. Therefore, the designer may need a field to add the task re-open date.

Add custom colors to the UX flows

It would be nice to be able to change the color scheme to custom or brand-specific colors.

Different/more tags in the review status area

Would like to ask for some more options in the review status area, for example adding options like "requires changes" "Needs more work" etc. This would help provide more clarity.

Tagging of Figma users in Approval panel

It would be great to be able to tag the user we are wanting feedback from to link to their profiles and potentially send them an email with a link to the area needing reviews. Will help reduce manual sending of information around

Drag and drop user flow elements

It would be nice to be able to drag and drop the flow items in between the same flow or different flows.

Support Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough features within typing area using symbolic shortcuts

Add option to change "Designer Details" or show "Component Details".

I'd like to use this as a way to capture component approvals from designers and developers. It would be able to list out bullet points and description details.

Collapse seperate log detail when more than 1 log

The card can become quite lengthy when you have numerous iterations. It would be super helpful to be able to collapse them if needed. Thank you so much!

Auto fill approvals

I’d like to be able to change the toggle for Pending/Approved. I would argue that if something isn’t approved, then it’s pending so it really only needs one state, Approved. Which gets toggled on. Then, when it’s toggled, automatically display the name of the active user and the date/time. No need to enter it manually and no way to fake an approval

I would like the ability to rename the project or task so that i can more clearly explain which item the sign off is related to.
