This is an awesome widget! I was curious if maybe you could add a few more review status options under the Design Reviewers section, though. I think “Approved with Changes” and “Changes Required” would be really useful.

Add option to change "Designer Details" or show "Component Details".
I'd like to use this as a way to capture component approvals from designers and developers. It would be able to list out bullet points and description details.

Collapse seperate log detail when more than 1 log
The card can become quite lengthy when you have numerous iterations. It would be super helpful to be able to collapse them if needed. Thank you so much!

Auto fill approvals
I’d like to be able to change the toggle for Pending/Approved. I would argue that if something isn’t approved, then it’s pending so it really only needs one state, Approved. Which gets toggled on. Then, when it’s toggled, automatically display the name of the active user and the date/time. No need to enter it manually and no way to fake an approval

Different/more tags in the review status area

Tagging of Figma users in Approval panel
It would be great to be able to tag the user we are wanting feedback from to link to their profiles and potentially send them an email with a link to the area needing reviews. Will help reduce manual sending of information around

Add Trigger or API Support for Status Change (Slack Integration / Automator Compatibility)
Hi Design Sign-Off team, We’re actively using your plugin in our Figma workflow, and it’s been incredibly helpful in organizing and formalizing the design handoff process, thank you for building it! I’d like to request a feature that would make this tool even more powerful: support for automation triggers (or an API/webhook) when the design status or review status is changed. Use case: Our team would like to automatically send a Slack message when a screen status moves from In Progress to Reviewing or Done, to notify relevant stakeholders. Currently, since Design Sign-Off is a plugin-based widget and not a native widget using Figma’s Widget API, it’s not possible to track field changes using Automator Suggestions: Expose status change events via an API or webhook. Alternatively, allow reading the widget field data externally (e.g., via Automator or another integration). Or provide a native Figma Widget version of the plugin with trigger compatibility. This small addition would allow teams like ours to fully automate the design approval and communication pipeline, keeping design ops smooth and transparent. Thanks again!

Export the flows to a text file, markdown, or doc format
You can export the flows from Figma to a text or markdown file. To edit them, view them in a word processor like Google Docs or Microsoft Office. It could be a simple flow with bullet list items to show the process throughout.
